Yesterday our favorite pop queen Britney Spears celebrated the new holiday named in her honor, where she was presented with the key to the City of Las Vegas. During the Spears-centric event—which took place at the at the LINQ Promenade smack in the center of the Las Vegas Strip—the singing sensation (who looked gorgeous in a sparkling black ensemble) was surrounded by her family and tons of adoring fans (pictured above).
